This little sweetie (and the other one too, but he was sleeping) brought me lunch :)
Life is good!

We had to put this sign out so the ppl could come give us an address :)
If you need our new address let me know!
B & Ryan walking up the drive way that is there now-- we are moving it down a little bit and doing some dirt work because it's really steep right now and hard to see when you pull out.

brotherly conversation <3

my boys!

B on the slip and slide

Corby playing toys in his bumbo

toys really interest him these days, especially if he can get it in his mouth!

he was trying to reach the cord to my phone

my pictures out of order, but this is b while we were slip n sliding

i love this- shows his big personality

cousins- me, Corbin, Brycen, Siri, and Fiona- the girls are my cousin Trisha's little girls.
they live in Nashville and we don't get to see them often enough.
the kids played so well together!

We have been busy- I'm just not sure what we've been busy doing. Ever feel that way? I feel totally unorganized lately and anyone who knows me well knows that I hate that feeling! I blame it on going from living in 2000 sq feet to living in one bedroom... I really need to get a system or something b/c I've had a few meltdowns lately from not being able to find something or just forgetting to do things I need to do... It's hard not being in my "routine"... I'm a routine girl and I feel all out of sorts!

I have no pictures for the post- b/c as you know my camera broke a few weeks ago. I finally did get a new one, but silly me as no memory card for it. Ugh! I do have a few pics on the internal memory that are really cute, but those will have to wait for another day.

This past Sunday was Father's Day (as you all know!)... My boys are so blessed to have such a wonderful Daddy! He really is great with them. He tries to help out in the ways that he knows how. You can see how much he loves our boys and always wants them to have fun and be happy. My own dad is also a great dad. I was always a daddy's girl and I still look to him to be able to fix everything. :) Ryan and my dad get along great and are two peas in a pod when it comes to hunting, fishing, etc! I love that they get to do those fun things together. It was also Ryan's 28th birthday on his 5th father's day! He doesn't like to be reminded that he is growing close to 30 ;) His hair is turning gray- lots of gray :) I think it's cute, but I think it bothers him! I told him there is always hair dye if it bothers him that much... he didn't think I was too funny!
Anyway, on Sunday we went to church and then met his parents at Ponderosa and ate lunch. We went home and swam most of the afternoon with the boys and then that evening my parents had dinner with my mom's side of the family at my parents house and we also celebrated Ryan's birthday. Ryan got new tennis shoes and new workboots for his birthday so I guess he is all ready to go in the shoe department! haha!

This week has been hectic for me at work. My co-worker is on vacation and I feel that I haven't gotten much done at all! Evenings have been spent playing tennis with Brycen and Ryan after C goes to sleep. My parents live right besides prides creek so about 3 evenings after Corbin has gone to sleep (he goes down about 7-7:30). We have went and played tennis- I guess that is one perk of living with my parents, lol! Brycen is getting pretty good and of course Ryan and I are loving that he loves to play since we both played in school and still enjoy playing. I can't wait until C is old enough to go play too and we can do it as a family!

Wednesday Brycen and I had dentist appointments for check ups. He is always such a good boy at the dentist. It helps that our dentist is so nice and good w/ kids (adults too).

Yesterday I had to leave work and go home around 1pm b/c I had a migrane. It was TERRIBLE. Like puke my lunch up terrible :( I went home and slept for 3 hours and thankfully when I got up it was gone! We spent the evening by the pool with B swimming. It was so nice out last night compared to out hot and humid it has been. Corbin fell asleep sitting up on my lap- it was the cutest thing! He is still loving each baby food that we have offered him. Peas were not his fave, but he ate them. I also think it had to do with getting his shots and his mouth hurting him from his little teeth trying to pop through. His gums are sooo white and you can see them right there, but they just won't pop through. He gets mad and chews on the bottle about rips it out of his mouth :( Poor guy! It doesn't really affect his happy personality though!

Tonight we get to visit w/ my cousin and her little girls who live in Nashville. I am excited to see them b/c we haven't in over a year (since my Papaw's funeral). Siri and B are only a few months apart so they will have fun!

House stuff is slowly, but surely moving along... patience is not a strong suit of mine so this is hard on me! We are supposed to meet with the septic guy and the escavator guy tomorrow. Hopefully sometime next week we can start getting things scheduled! Not getting my hopes up on that though! lol... just when I think we are going to get something done something comes up!

Sunday a group from our church leaves to go on a mission trip. I have committed to praying daily for Ashley as she goes on the trip. She is a wonderful person and someone I am thankful to have met and have in my life. I know ppl will be blessed by her prescence on this trip as she shows ppl Jesus each day.

Holiday World

Brycen on our way!
B and Ryan on the old cars-- B picked daddy to help him drive... I was just a tad jealous ;)

But he picked me to ride w/ on the bumper cars (b/c he wanted to crash Daddy!).

B and Daddy on the train.

B-- have to take this picture every year, right?!
Wednesday was my day off (as usual) and Ryan took off so we could go to Holiday World. It was perfect weather and no crowds! Ran into a blog friend in the parking lot too :) Crazy small world! We had a blast and enjoyed every minute. Ate a lot, swam a lot, and got home late! :)
Water park is by far our favorite. I'm so glad it's B's fave too, b/c it's def. always been mine! haha! But he seriously loved it! Last year he loved the big water slides, but not the ones that were closed in. Before we went this year he said " I want to go on the big water slides, but not the covered up ones." He is a big claustrophobic (doesn't like ppl holding him too tight or holding him down, he really freaks out) so I figured that was why he didn't like them. Well, when we got down to the water park we did the lazy river and the watubee, then he saw Ottorongo and said, "hey I want to go on those!". I told him they were closed in and he still wanted to go... We got our float and went up the stairs... I just knew at any minute he was going to flip out and decide he didn't want to, but baby boy surprised me and we went... on all three... three different times! They were by far his favorite! We did pretty much everything there was to do at the water park, I don't have pictures b/c since it was just us three we did all the rides/slides together! We had an absolute blast! Each time we would get off a ride/slide B would say, "THAT WAS INCREDIBLE!!!" and then proceed to do a fist pump in the air! lol. He cracks me up!
A sweet little brotherly note (in case Corbin ever reads this blog). Before we left I said, "Aren't you excited to spend the day with momma and daddy all by yourself?". I figured he would be all about it! Oh no, he said, "No, the reason I don't know if I want to go to Holiday World is because I will miss Corbin too much. I don't want to go if he can't go.". Okay, melt my heart right there! I explained to him that baby brother wouldn't have any fun yet b/c he is too little and then we wouldn't all be able to ride rides together. When it was the end of the day I said, "See wasn't that fun to have momma and daddy all to yourself all day?". I thought surely he changed his mind after all this fun, but low and behold, he said, "No, I miss Corbin, let's go home and see him!" :)

Car Show & Swimming

Brycen went to a car show w/ Papaw Rick :)
He got to hang out in an ambulance!

And "drive" a firetruck :)

And ride the Lyon's Club Train!!
He loves Papaw Rick and Papaw's hot rod (and cars in general). He had a blast at the car show. Ryan and I took C and went as well. It's fun to look around at the old cars!

Brycen is getting to do a lot of swimming this summer-- pretty much every day!

He loves to jump in!
and go under!
He is a little fishy and getting such a dark tan too!
I love all the fun things we get to do in the summer time!

very.random. & 4 months

i obviously have a wee little bit of an obsession with my baby's feet :)
i <3>
so squeezable, kissable, loveable...
i still can't get over the fact that he is HERE... with US!
i love him so.much.
Not last Friday, but the Friday before we went to visit our friends Ricky and Brittany and their "newish" baby girl Kenzlie!
B played toys :)
(I feel like I don't get as many pictures of him anymore, but it's because he runs away ad C doesn't have a choice yet, but to sit while I take pictures) lol

I think he liked her :)
If she cried his eyes got really big and he just watched her!
He also broke out the big boy laugh for her momma (one of my besties)!
They are 7 weeks apart I believe.
He is a giant!
Although, to his credit- she did only weigh 4lbs when born (6 weeks early)!

He was just helping the girl out- breaking in her pink bumbo for her!
lol- I figured I could tease him with this picture later on :)
but seriously, who even notices the pink bumbo when you can look at that precious face (and arms and legs) :)

Brittany & Kenzlie
Corbin & I
just a swinging... :)

this picture was obviously a month ago.
I stole it off facebook from erin- who came to visit awhile back :)

stole this one too...
this was his "lemonade stand" at the yard sale...
but we did't have lemonade- we had sweet tea
it's his fave :)
he made 5 dollars- he was so excited :)
who wouldn't want to buy tea from him?
i mean seriously- he's adorable! lol
full of it- but adorable!

*poor quality it's a pic off my phone since i still have no camera*
that's my reason for lack of blogging lately... well besides that i've been enjoying summer with my boys and making house decisions!
he is obsessed with his arm bones... err I mean muscles ;) lol

C- hanging out in his bumbo playing- everything goes straight to his mouth (as fast as he can get it there these days).

C turned 4 months old last Wednesday. We went for his 4 month check up and he weighed 16.1 lbs (75th percentile) and was 25 3/4 inches long (75th percentile). Love my big roly poly boy! He looks perfectly healthy (besides a little eczema on his legs) :( I was hoping he wouldn't have the same allergies as B and I... but eczema was B's first sign of it all too- around the same age. Bummer. It's not bad enough to treat with creams or anything yet, very mild so far. thankfully!

He is still the happiest baby in the world.

Sleeping from about 7:30-8ish p.m. until 6:30 am on work days (I get him up to feed him) and 7:30am on weekends/Wednesdays. He takes two good naps usually, one in the a.m. and on in the p.m. He is so flexible with our schedule and isn't high maintanence at all! As long as he is full he is ready to go!

Speaking of which- we are now eating baby food. We had started rice cereal a couple weeks before his 4 month birthday and he did wonderful and eats like a pro. Wednesday the dr. gave the go ahead to start actual baby food. He loves it as well... lol, I never had a doubt! He has had sweet potatoes and squash so far. Eats the whole jar and then has a 6 oz bottle afterward (around suppertime so he doesn't feel left out!). During the day he still takes 6oz bottles about every 3 hours- sometimes if he is sleeping he'll go a little longer, but not usually!

He is in size 2 diapers in Pampers and Huggies, but size 3 Luvs- we had diapers given to us that we are still using up - thanks to his cousin who is 4 months older- I've bought maybe 2 or 3 packs of diapers?

He is wearing a few of his 3-6 month outfits still, but they def. look too tight and give wedgies (if the one piece outfit). I wore a complete 6-9 mo. outfit on him to chuch Sun. (shorts and onsie) and it fit PERFECT. Makes me sad that he is growing up so fast.

He still loves his bouncer- def. his toy of choice!

Likes to have tummy time for awhile, but not his favorite. He is too nosy and likes to be up where he can see what is going on (especially what his brother is up to!).

He has rolls from back to belly, but then gets mad when stuck.

Loves to play with his feet- when he wakes up in the morning he just lays in his crib and coos and talks and plays with his feet. He also does something where he kicks his legs out really hard and scoots himself to the other end of his bed. Like a bouncy inch worm kind of?! lol

LOVES to be in the pool. We have been swimming several times and he loves it. Gets really quiet and relaxed. Does NOT love getting out though!

He has a little soft monkey rattle that he loves to play with and another hard one that are his favorites. He gets to shaking them so hard and they are loud and his eyes get great big! When he isn't sure about something his eyes also get really big. His eyes are still very.blue. We are a blue eyed family :) all four of us have them.

He has started to drool terribly! Everything is slobbery and wet ALL the time! He loves to blow bubbles with his spit and make noises with it. Such a boy!

His smile is amazing- big open mouth smile (looks just like his brothers did). Also his laugh is hilarious (and sounds just like B's did).

I am sure there are a million more things to say about him, but I can't write it all down... I can't believe he has been here for four months... But yet it seems he has always fit perfect in our family. Can't imagine life without him. Thank you Lord for blessing us with such a precious baby boy!

New House

Well, I guess the title is a little misleading... we don't have a new house, but we have land where our new house will sit... eventually!
Ry and B marking trees that have to get cut down
it's serious work!

walking down where our lane will lead to our house

looking towards where our house will sit
(anyone need that outfitters tent? it came w/ our property and we need to get rid of it).

they are standing where our house will be, except our house will be angled facing the other direction (we changed it yesterday) :)

b playing- he LOVES it already- a little boy's paradise!

the creek on the back part of the property- it's dried up right now b/c all the hot weather we'v e had, but it normally has water running in it and is really pretty!
We went out last night for the first time to actually "do something" (mark the trees and mark off where the house will be- we had already done that once, but we were changing it due to me wanting the back of the house open with the walk out instead of just one side end- if we moved the garage to the opposite side of the house it would work out and actually work even better with the way the ground lays!). :) So fun! We did get ate up by bugs so I have to remember bug spray next time. Ryan says once we clear out some trees and weeds and stuff they won't be so bad... I hope!

Just Stuff...

We were moving and C kept himself entertained with rolling around on this blanket and playing with his toys :) Yes, I realize his clothes all look too small. He is growing at lightening speed and has pretty much surpassed all the summer clothes I had for him... I need to go shopping for some 6-9 mo. summer stuff b/c his poor little 3-6 mo. summer stuff gives him a wedgie ;) lol
He always has his left hand up on his head, or if he is in something (like the bouncer) he hangs on with it for dear life, it's so cute! We think it must be his comforting thing...
We were packing/movng and B was being goofy :)
Can't get him to be serious for a picture anymore!

On Memorial Day we went putt-putting :)

C sat in the exersaucer for the first time this week!
He LOVED it!! :)
I remember when B sat in this for the first time and it just seems unreal that he is 5 now!

just b/c I love 'em :)

Wednesday we went to the splash park to meet some friends...
well the friends were going to be late...
Brycen is VERY stubborn and WOULD NOT get in if they weren't coming.
I was a little frustrated b/c I had got him and C all ready and sun screen on and all that good stuff andthen he WOULDNOT get in!! that boy!
I don't know where he gets that stubborn streak from...
oh wait... maybe I do...
his momma?
Yikes! We both need to work on that!

sooo we went swimming instead...
and we probably all had more fun!

Can't be serious, but he's still cute :)
Brycen likes to play "save the people aka life guard" in the pool...
I always have to be the victim though! Darn! haha!
He also likes to have swimming races... he doesn't like to lose and momma's still a pretty good swimmer so he cheats, little terd!
I told him I'm not racing him anymore ;) haha
I was laughing so hard I had tears!
Corby loved swimming!
I got out b/c it was about nap time and I figured I could dry him off and he'd take
a nap by the pool in his stroller.
Oh my goodness, I got out and he SCREAMED like I was hurting him!
I even looked him over to make sure he hadn't gotten stung... he kept screaming...
I decided to see if it was because we got out so I got back in.
As soon as his little toes hit the water he got the BIGGEST smile...
What a lil' terd!!
Glad he loves the water and being outside though!
We of course use sunscreen (A TON for Corbin) and he is still getting a tan on his lil' legs!
soo sweet!

B lovesss this :)

and C loves his :) he fell aslep like this! I got him out and dried him off and put a diaper on him, wrapped him in a towel and let him nap in his stroller. He was worn out! Even when we went inside he kept sleeping on the bed!

Brycen had a game Wednesday night... He was sooo worn out from being in the water all day. But it was my day off and I wasn't going to let having a game that night ruin our fun... It's only 5 year olds, come on!! He still did good and got to field a ground ball which he was pretty excited about :) . We went to China Wok afterwards (aka- Jello Place- that's what B calls it) and he was telling us, "after I got that ball, I kept thinking, man I gotta do that again, that was fun!" lol. I love his excitement about EVERYTHING. the boy is hardly ever with out a smile on his face!

Also, on Wednesday, my camera broke :( I am researching new ones and want a nice one since I use it so much... but I really don't want to spend a FORTUNE... I don't know! Any suggestions on good cameras? I had a Sony Cybershot and I actually loved it. It has the lithium battery pack and I was in love with that. It held charge FOREVER. I hate getting somewhere and having a dead camera so that's important to me too.

Yesterday Ryan and I both had eye dr appts at the same time. My cousin is our eye dr. He's so nice. I have TERRIBLE vision... I mean like I'm blind so he wants B to start coming in and getting checked so that if he is starting to lose vision we can catch it early on. He goes on June 25th. I told him last night and he was excited :) lol. Poor guy, I'm hoping he doesn't have my bad eye sight, but Clint (eye dr) said with my poor vision he is at a very increased chance of needing glasses as a child. :( I am going to daily contacts and am pretty excited about that. With my terrible allergies mine are always hurting me. I am supposed to keep them in 2 weeks and I can barely make it 3 days at times! I am also thinking about getting a new pair of glasses. I found a pair in the tween section (I have a tiny head, lol) that were soo cute! I'm thinking on it 'til I go back to pick up my contacts... They are really cute, but man, glasses are expensive! Ryan was picking out his new glasses and we were looking at the options, he asked me which ones I liked, I picked up a pair and said, "these are cute"... he looked at them and started laughing, they were the exact pair he has! haha! Guess I really do like those. He ended up going with a different pair though... and I liked those too.

I'm still worn out from all the moving. Plus, it's hard to go to bed at a decent hour when it stays light so long! Tonight we're going to Oakland City to see Brittany and Ricky and I'm so excited to hold baby Kenzlie for the first time!
