7 Weeks & Park

Corbin is just "talking" a lot these days :) It's so sweet!
He was 7 Weeks Old Yesterday!
He really is just the best baby!
He only cries when he's hungry or needs his diaper changed.
I just can't get over how good he is!
Brycen was a very good baby too so I just figured I couldn't get so lucky to have two good babies! He is still only getting up once at night- eating- and going right back to sleep.

Today we went and met Sonya and her kids and Grace at the park in Washington to play.
Corbin hung out in the sling the whole time and just snoozed away.
I honestly don't know how I lived with out the sling before! It makes things a lot easier!

I saw a ton of people that I know! It was so good to get to visit with so many sweet girls!

So, like two seconds ago I just signed a Seller's agreement for our house! Yep, that's right, we sold our house!

Tool Belt, Chillin', 1st Hotel, State :)

This past week was the busiest one I've had in a long time! I have to say- I didn't like being so busy! I like the days just being home with my boys! I am looking forward to this week being much slower.

Friday afternoon we left for Indy for the State Basketball Finals. We followed my parents and the Boyd's up. We stopped at Gray Brothers and ate and then went to the hotel (I wish you all could hear B say hotel, b/c it's HILARIOUS!). It's like hoe tell. I make him say it over and over b/c it's so cute! We got there and B went to swim right away. I forgot to take my camera to the pool so no pictures of that, but he had a blast! Then we went to Tom and Marsha's room and hung out with them and Logan and Libby and their kiddos and my parents and we snacked and watched some of the tournament game on TV. It was fun to actually hang out with people. It had been a long time since I've been able to do that!

Saturday morning we got up and ate at the little coffee shop place at the hotel and then walked over to the game.our 2nd family picture (other one was at the hospital when C got out of the nicu) how sad is that?!

He did great the whole weekend!

B on the other hand had a rough night Friday and all day Saturday with his asthma.

We had to do treatments galore. Not much sleep for us or him. Poor guy!

He had fun still though!

After the BR game we went and ate lunch at Spaghetti Factory. YUM! I love spaghetti :) Then we watched the parade and then went to the Washington game. (Congratulations Hatchets!). We didn't get home last night 'til midnight. I was so tired! Thankfully, B did much better last night and didn't have to have any breathing treatments! C has only been getting up once at night the past week (hopefully I won't jinx that (not that I believe in jinxing) by typing that!

We all slept in this morning and are just hanging out today. Like I said earlier, I'm looking forward to a much slower week this week. Brycen is looking forward to Easter next Sunday! I am pumped about it too- b/c Corbin is going to make his debut at church :)

Cha-Chi, 6 Weeks, and Field Trip

On St. Patrick's Day Cha-Chi aka my bestie Chelsey came to visit Corbin :)

It was so good to see her b/c it had been too long!

Brycen gave her the nickname Cha-Chi when he was little and couldn't say Chelsey!

Yesterday Corbin was 6 weeks old.

Over the weekend I weighed and measured him.

He apprx. weighed 9 and a half lbs and was 23 inches long!

He is growing so fast!

He is outgrowing his 0-3 mo. sleepers in length already.

He is now sleeping between 4 and 5 hours between going to bed and his first feeding of the night, but still eats every 3 hours for all the other feedings. He is eating between 4 and 6 oz. every time.... I tell ya, he is a little piggie!

Yesterday we also went on B's field trip to Pump It Up.

Corbin got to go on the field trip too, but he just slept in his seat the whole time instead of getting to bounce on the toys ;) hehe! Maybe next year!



Today I had my 6 week check up. Everything looked good :) I was positive before Corbin was born that we wouldn't be having more children, but now that C is here I'm not sure at all!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I know C looks terrified, but I caught him right before he sneezed :) lol and then of course B wouldn't cooperate for another picture so this is what we ended up with :)

I probably (ok, I did!) got a little picture happy, but man this little guy is so cute, I could just eat him up! :)

5 Weeks

Our little man is 5 weeks old today.
He just keeps getting bigger every day it seems!

I'm probably a little partial, but man, I think he's cute :)

I just can't give him enough kisses! Today B was talking to him and making silly faces and HE SMILED!!! It was an "on purpose" smile! I told B I was jealous he got the first "real" smile out of him! This little guy stays awake for long periods of time. This morning he was up from 7:30 until around 1pm! He is so content though to lay on a blanket and look around or swing in his swing. His 0-3 month clothes fit him really well now and he has ROLLS on his sweet little legs! Our scrawny little guy isn't going to be scrawny for long I don't think! I had bought up 3-6 month clothes for summer before he got here and when he was so small I was worried I'd have to buy all new in 0-3 months for summer, but I don't think I'll have to worry about that! He loves bathtime and just lays there so quiet and still and loves having the water poured over him. He doesn't like getting out and getting dried off or getting lotion on. He is quiet again though as soon as he is dressed! I really just can't believe how fast he is growing. It makes me so sad, but at the same time it's such a miracle to have him here that it's exciting to watch him grow and change.

We went to Mi Pubelo and Wal-Mart last night

(YES, B has on mardi gras beads, lol. my grandma just got back from New Orleans, where my cousin Laura lives and she sent them back for him, lol- and NO, I did NOT let him wear his hat backwards to Mi Pueblo and Wal-Mart, lol) :)

So- the guy came to look at our house today... he is supposed to let us know something within a week. He is for sure wanting to buy and wanting to close by April 30th (last day for the tax credit for first time home buyers). Yikes- that's SOON! I know he is so interested... I trust God will open the door if it's meant to be or close it if it's not.
