Thursday they were supposed to start digging our basement... so my bestie, Vanessa and I ran out to the property on our lunch to see it... only to find no hole, just a machine... BUT the machine was actually exciting enough for me!
so of course I took a picture with it :)
Friday they started the basement and so after the Catfish Fest. we went out to see the progress...my boys walking to see the hole!

Johnny (our excavator) was sweet and took B for a big ride and let him help dig a few times all by himself!
This was sooo exciting for Brycen and something I hope he will always remember- that he helped dig the basement :)

HOW EXCITING!!! I can't wait to see pictures of you guys on the "real" porch! Happy building to you guys! I think when you give birth to a boy they should automatically send you home with a supply of Shout! There's never enough! Les asked Griffin the other day how he gets so dirty and sweaty...Griffin's reply..."It's a man's job to get dirty and sweaty!"...So I'm sure Brycen is following the "man code" on the dirt! LOL.
Hooray for progress! I can't wait to see more as you guys start the building process!

Yeah!!! So exciting! It's crazy to think we were in the same boat this time last year. It looks like the boys are loving it!

yaaaaaaaay!! how exciting! you are so cute, btw. And your boys too, of course! Good seeing you for a short bit last week! I may actually make it to zumba thursday night..I hate that we didn't do it last week. There is one tonight at the other place but I can't make that one. I can't wait to see what you think of it--I looooove it!
