Well, yesterday I felt fine all morning... I was working and excited that I only had to work 2 days this week. My mom brought me chinese food for lunch. I ate... then I started feeling weird... couldn't breathe very well... but I just figured it was C being on my lungs (like he is a lot of the time). By about 2:45pm I decided I was going to go home a little early and lay down and stretch out and rest... Hadn't slept too well the night before due to B being up coughing a lot of the night. I stood up to put my coat on and I've passed out enough times in my life to know what was coming... so I sat down in my chair right away and said "I think i'm going to pass out"... I was also feeling very nauseated. My Co-Worker ran to get our Co. Health Nurse, Amy, whose office is right next to ours. They came back right away to check my BP. The first time she took it she couldn't even hear it... the whole time I could barely stay upright in the chair b/c I was blacking out. She tried again and my BP was 74/64... Extremely low obviously. She took it again and it was coming back up it was 80/72 I think... Still way too low, but I was already feeling a little better... My color was coming back they said... I had started sweating and was freezing, but felt normal again. I called my mom to come get me b/c Ryan was in KY working on a job. Amy also took my sugar and it was fine- 114. After I called Ryan and let him know what was going on she took my BP again and it was back up to 104/80. It was the weirdest thing and I felt fine, but of course we decided I needed to go to triage and get checked out. My mom took me down and Ryan was leaving KY to come home, but he was a couple hours away. They got me into observation and hooked up to monitors. C's heartrate was doing fine. Thankfully through the whole thing he was moving like crazy so that was def. reassuring to me. My BP was low and then high at the hospital, but after they got me settled in it returned to normal. My dr. isn't in on Mondays :( but the nurse called and talked to one of her partners Dr. Brown.... who actually delivered Brycen and was on call when I went in w/ Andon and was in on my c-section w/ Andon, so she is the next dr. that I feel the most comfortable with. She said that dehydration can cause it, but I didn't feel dehydrated... I've been that way quite a few times in my life... she didn't know what would cause it really to bottom out like that... they said I could go home and rest and get plenty of fluids since everything looked fine w/ me and baby C. I have my regular check up today at 4:50 our time w/ Dr. R. I'm anxious to see what she has to say about it all. I stayed home from work today to rest and I'm off the rest of the week anyway.
With all that being said, it also is a reminder of how fragile we all are. Please keep praying for me and C until he gets here safely!

I'm glad you're getting some rest. I'll be praying for C and you!
I've never posted before, but stumbled upon your blog from Kelly's Korner-which is so strange because it was during one of her tours and I clicked on yours (and have never clicked on anyone's before or since). I stuck with your story because I lost my first baby and was inspired by your courage and strength in the Lord. I decided to post today because I want you to know that some strange girl (ha!) in Illinois is praying for you every step of the way! God be with you today and always.
