I don't even have pictures of them at their muddiest because I was too busy hosing them down (literally). They rolled in the mud. B said they were taking a mud bath like the pigs do to stay cool :). I had to hose them off before they could go inside to take their bath. The extra messes for me to clean are worth their smiles and B's stories! I'm a girl who likes things CLEAN... maybe too clean, but I don't want to hinder their fun because of my need for clean so I'm letting them run around like wild indians and be as dirty as possible and cleaning like a mad woman after they go to bed because I know these times aren't going to last too long. These boys are such a precious gift, on loan to Ryan and I, from Our Heavenly Father. He gave us these little boys to foster their personalities and bring them up in the Lord's way. I'm trying so hard to do that even though I know I fail every day at something I'm sure trying. I want to be an encouragment to them whether that is encouraging them to have fun in the mud or encouraging them to do the right thing on the playground when everyone else isn't.
This post got a little deep and I didn't mean for it to, but I know that at times I can be such a serious person and I need to let loose and have a little more fun so for my boys I'm trying to let them have that in their personality. :)

I know what you mean! I like things picked up and clean. I am learning that everything can be put away or cleaned eventually, its the little moments of play that I can't get back again!
I couldn't agree more with you! I think at times we need to let our boys be boys! Have you ever read Bringing up boys? It's on my to-do list. I feel that no matter what we are preparing our boys for in the future, I don't think there is a higher calling for us as moms! :) Keep up the good work. You are doing awesome!
Looks like they need to sign up for pig wrestling at the Turkey Trot HA HA HA!!
And don't worry momma..you are doing GREAT!!! You care more than any other mom I know, I mean that too!! God is smiling over you Chelsa!
