Dr's appt. and Mini- Blog Convention at Walmart :)

I had my dr's appt. yesterday w/ Dr. R. Everything looks good so far. I had gained 2 more lbs (in 2 weeks!) so that brings me to a total of 9 so far. My BP was 110/70 and Corbin's heart rate was 160. When she put the doppler on my belly he got his heart rate he kicked it really hard, Dr. R was like, whooaaa!! Which led her to ask about his movement. I told her I feel him often, but it just doesn't feel as hard as the other two did. She looked in my file and my placenta this time is located anterior to baby so when he is kicking he is kicking the placenta and that makes it not feel as hard as if he was just kicking me. My friend T told me this was a possibility, guess she is pretty smart, huh ;) I go back in two weeks, on November 3rd, just for another check up. We had to wait forever yesterday and I had B w/ me. He was sooooo good and very patient. Afterward, we went to Cold Stone and got ice cream! I had to hurry home then to get to Bible Study. I was worn out, but it was so worth it. We talked about Affliction. If you are reading this today (Wednesday) look at the verse-a-day to the right of this post and that pretty much sums it up! After Bible Study I thought I would go ahead and get Wal-Mart over with so B and I would have this whole day to do what we wanted, especially since I was already out and right close by, it seemed silly to make another trip today. I did go to Wal-Mart... and I was exhuasted. We had a mini- blogger convention right in the produce aisle :) I saw Jamie K. and Courtney there too! We were laughing b/c we were all so tired, but just wanted to get Wal-mart out of the way. It was 10:45 by the time I got home (almost 2 hours past the time I normally go to bed!). I got my groceries put away and my fell asleep right away! Thankfully today is Wednesday and B and I slept in again! We are just hanging out today... I'm so glad to not have any plans. I'm ready for it to warm up this afternoon so we can play outside. I'm doing laundry and need to think of something to do for supper, but otherwise I'm just going to enjoy hanging out w/ my boy... who is currently watching, what else, but Handy Manny! :)
